Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications.
- Execute unit tests to identify and correct defects.
- Participate in application construction, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Monitor the performance and availability of developed solutions.
- Analyze requirements and understand assigned use cases.
- Evaluate the impact of changes and updates to existing applications.
- Follow development, code-control, and continuous-integration standards.
- Report progress, risks, and incidents in a timely manner.
- Participate in training and professional-development activities.
- Provide basic technical support for implemented applications and solutions.
Requirements
- Hold a university professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; candidates without a university professional degree will not be considered.
- Have 0–2 years of software-development experience.
- Have basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and application development.
- Have knowledge of databases, software testing, and the software development life cycle.
- Academic or professional experience with Agile methodologies and version-control tools is desirable.
- Demonstrate learning ability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, effective communication, results orientation, and service orientation.
