Responsibilities
- Deploy, integrate, and operate TRM’s platform in cloud and air-gapped customer environments.
- Work directly with mission users to translate needs into integrations, data pipelines, prototypes, and working software.
- Deliver application code, Kubernetes workloads, cloud infrastructure, databases, and data flows across changing problem areas.
- Diagnose and resolve difficult technical issues in constrained environments and own customer outcomes end to end.
- Serve as the technical bridge between customers and TRM’s product and engineering teams.
- Identify critical issues, coordinate incident response, land fixes quickly, and document lessons learned.
- Maintain current documentation and project tracking while proactively navigating customer-side approval and delivery hurdles.
Requirements
- Strong programming ability in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript, including practical fluency with AI coding agents and LLM tooling.
- Hands-on experience deploying and debugging real Kubernetes workloads.
- Production AWS experience building environments and infrastructure.
- Working fluency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including schema design, query tuning, and safe data movement.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outside a primary specialty and learn new languages, datastores, or platforms as needed.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, including regular direct interaction with customers.
- Preferred experience with Terraform, Argo CD, data engineering at scale, distributed systems, machine learning or agentic systems, Linux/Unix networking, and classified or regulated government environments.
