Responsibilities
- Own complex technical projects and workstreams from initial architecture through ongoing customer optimization.
- Design and implement bespoke technical solutions, integrations, data strategies, and customer-centric use cases.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and conduit between Braze and customer product and engineering teams.
- Create implementation plans, architectures, scopes of work, and technical documentation aligned with customer needs and Braze best practices.
- Support customer onboarding and complex SDK/API integrations to maximize product completeness and time-to-value.
- Consult on advanced use cases and translate strategic solutions into actionable technical steps and architectural diagrams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical needs during paid implementations and throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Validate technical feasibility for product launches and promote high-quality instrumentation across customer stacks.
- Document technical requirements, integrations, risks, and blockers for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to translate technical requirements into development plans and product feedback.
- Maintain technical expertise and lead internal or external education initiatives on emerging technologies, AI, and machine learning.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Consultant.
- At least 3 years of technical experience managing complex customer environments with deep knowledge of SaaS, mobile, APIs, and programming.
- Proven record of delivering high-impact custom technical engagements with tangible outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong technical depth in complex data and system architectures.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Ability to manage multiple complex technical priorities under time constraints.
- Comfort building with AI tools to accelerate workstreams and improve efficiency.
- Proactive, resourceful, entrepreneurial approach to identifying needs and developing solutions.
