Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement complex technical solutions and integrations.
- Engage with customers to understand their goals and technical requirements.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and complex SDK/API integrations.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for strategic technical needs.
- Document technical requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, and Programming.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact technical engagements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
