Responsibilities
- Configure and calibrate cell components to ensure robotic welding cells are fully operational at Path Robotics facilities and customer sites
- Identify software issues and implement fixes
- Document system errors and submit Jira tickets for issues requiring engineering support
- Work with engineering to improve the speed and stability of software releases
- Update documentation for cell operation and bring-up processes
- Train Operating Technicians on new operating processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience with C++, Python, Bash, ROS, and Git version control
- Familiarity and experience implementing and troubleshooting robotics and control systems
- Experience with Linux and the command line interface
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 30–50% during peak installation periods to customer sites throughout North America
- Ability to acquire a passport
