Responsibilities
- Enhance the team's capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint.
- Ensure Core Values are reflected within the QA assurance team.
- Perform automated and API testing for complex applications.
- Document plans to anticipate risks and blockers.
- Serve as a technical SME in the sprint.
- Conduct recruiting interviews and analyze candidates.
- Present testing plans and metrics during sprint review meetings.
Requirements
- Demonstrable proficiency with desired technologies and tools.
- Deep expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration of automated tests.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects.
- Experience presenting to client stakeholders.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
