Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and operate software components across the full solution lifecycle.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and influence the technical direction of the product or domain.
- Automate builds, testing, and deployments.
- Improve solution performance, security, quality, sustainability, and operability.
- Work with APIs, integrations, messaging, and the broader enterprise architecture context.
- Solve complex problems end to end and collaborate with business and cross-functional team members.
- Act as a technical partner and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Medior+ T-shaped Software Engineer profile with one strong technical specialization and broader exposure to backend, frontend, or integrations.
- Experience designing solutions, not only implementing assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, REST, SOAP, and Kafka messaging.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno.
- Experience using VS Code or IntelliJ IDEA and familiarity with logging tools such as Kibana.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD principles.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across teams, including in English.
- Proactive ownership, delivery focus, independent working style, and the ability to influence others without formal authority.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
