Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with and manage the team, contribute to decisions across multiple teams, and provide solutions to immediate and cross-team problems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Use integration techniques and tools to connect systems.
- Assess and improve software development processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
