Responsibilities
- Implement product features using clean, robust, reusable code with tests.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to iterate on product features.
- Improve frontend feature quality and the overall product experience.
- Identify codebase improvements and initiate projects to improve HappyFox.
- Review teammates’ code and provide actionable feedback.
- Optimize code, resolve performance issues, and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Follow the engineering team’s workflow and industry-standard coding practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience building web applications with JavaScript frameworks such as Ember.js or React.js.
- Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience building single-page web applications and understanding frontend development best practices.
- Experience reviewing code and providing actionable comments.
- Experience with industry-standard coding practices, code optimization, performance improvement, and troubleshooting.
