Base Salary
$110k - $146k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and support enterprise identity and access management solutions covering authentication, authorization, identity governance, and privileged access management.
- Develop automation and scripting solutions that improve operational efficiency and security controls.
- Implement and manage identity integrations using LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Support enterprise directory services, cloud identity platforms, and hybrid identity architectures.
- Design and manage PKI, MFA, certificate services, and privileged access solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability, performance, scalability, and resiliency of identity infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud engineering, application development, architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to Zero Trust security initiatives and Agile design, testing, deployment, and operational support.
Requirements
- Experience working in large, complex technology environments and leading efforts addressing identity, access control, and security challenges.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, federation, lifecycle management, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with LDAP, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and related identity technologies.
- Experience with RBAC, entitlement management, role engineering, role mining, and access provisioning.
- Experience developing automation and scripting with PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS, including cloud-native identity services.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar infrastructure automation and configuration management platforms.
- Knowledge of PKI, certificate lifecycle management, MFA, and privileged access solutions.
- Experience supporting highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant enterprise systems.
- Preferred experience with IGA platforms, PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Zero Trust architecture, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, cloud-native security and identity solutions, enterprise certificate services, and secrets management.
