Responsibilities
- Translate RFP and RFI business requirements into technical architectures covering data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, and agents.
- Define end-to-end application architecture diagrams from data ingestion through data consumption and AI or agent experiences.
- Align LLMs, vector databases, graph databases, agents, APIs, and other technology components to business use cases.
- Prepare and validate ADM effort estimates with AI and Data capability subject-matter experts.
- Design onshore, offshore, and nearshore staffing models and pyramid structures.
- Create solution plans and PowerPoint decks for sales and delivery alignment.
- Participate in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
- Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
- Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
- Present and defend solutions in internal and external forums.
- Transition solutions to delivery teams after deal closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of relevant IT industry experience in AI and Data delivery or presales.
- Strong AI and Gen AI experience in systems integration or application development projects.
- Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, filters, and VLOOKUP.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Good PowerPoint skills and external client-facing consulting experience are preferred.
