Base Salary
$146k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform security-focused design reviews of applications, systems, and networks across security, CDN, and cloud products.
- Partner with development and infrastructure teams to remediate identified security issues.
- Advise product development teams on secure design and development choices.
- Provide guidance on security practices and answer security-related questions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert during incidents and remediation projects.
- Identify tools and processes to ensure products meet security and compliance requirements.
- Integrate responsible AI use into workflows and help secure the company’s internal and product AI usage.
Requirements
- Experience in security architecture within a large, global environment, including identifying application-, operating-system-, and network-level security weaknesses.
- Current knowledge of security technologies, attack techniques, and vulnerabilities.
- Ability to remediate common vulnerabilities and propose custom solutions based on application architecture and implementation.
- Broad security knowledge across areas such as cloud security, network security, and cryptography.
- Experience with threat-modeling or hazard-analysis frameworks such as STAMP and STRIDE.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex security concepts to nontechnical audiences.
