Responsibilities
- Define the commercial generative AI strategy and roadmap across CRM, personalized engagement, and patient journeys.
- Lead complex transformation projects, managing scope, budgets, timelines, vendors, governance, and business value.
- Design scalable AI and multi-agent architectures integrating CRM systems, data platforms, and external services.
- Serve as technical product owner and IT system owner for AI and agentic custom solutions, including backlog and release prioritization.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical, Marketing, and senior business leaders to identify opportunities and support new ways of working.
- Select and manage technology partners, challenging technical designs and ensuring performance, security, compliance, and cost requirements are met.
- Build internal AI expertise and promote reuse of agents, tools, and workflows.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of digital technology or IT leadership experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is required; experience with commercial activities, CRM, or healthcare professional and patient engagement is preferred.
- Proven experience delivering AI and generative AI initiatives at scale with measurable business impact.
- Strong technical expertise in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, digital assistants, copilots, orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.
- Solid experience in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise integration, including evaluating and challenging vendor technical choices.
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery capabilities.
- Fluent in English.
