Responsibilities
- Understand problems and develop engineering solutions for next-generation products.
- Build and deploy autonomy systems onto robotic platforms using ROS2.
- Develop image-processing and augmented-reality applications with OpenCV.
- Create, train, and deploy deep learning and machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, transfer learning, and NVIDIA Jetson or similar embedded boards.
- Design, model, and test systems that integrate with machines.
- Work with aerial work platforms, telehandlers, and scissors while considering product development, lifecycle management, reliability, and design-for-manufacturing requirements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in robotics, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
- Fluency in C++, Python, and Linux or Ubuntu.
- Exposure to model training and deployment workflows.
- Graduation date of December 2025 or 2026.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to TensorFlow and PyTorch, previous internship or work experience, extracurricular activities, strong communication skills, independent work capability, adaptability, and interest in multiple engineering disciplines.
- Ability to perform office and field or production-floor duties, including moderate lifting of up to 50 pounds.
