Responsibilities
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents in production environments, particularly during active hiring events.
- Collaborate with Client Support and Go-To-Market teams to manage and prioritize support tickets.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within established SLAs.
- Monitor production systems and respond quickly to alerts and performance degradation.
- Participate in architecture changes and integrations affecting the platform.
- Maintain and update event business logic based on changes to dependent systems and integrations.
- Lead technical teams, support engineer development, and assist with onboarding.
- Use metrics and data to investigate and resolve production problems while owning solutions across multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- More than 7 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of Python and Django.
- Frontend development experience with React.
- Experience with Kafka and knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience with SQL and/or MongoDB.
- Experience with build, deployment, and release management processes.
- Experience with at least one of Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
- Experience leading technical teams and supporting engineer development and onboarding.
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience collaborating with Product, Go-To-Market, and business teams.
- Preferred knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf.
