Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality software applications and committed product features within agreed timelines.
- Analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and implement maintainable software aligned with product architecture.
- Collaborate with global development teams, architects, test engineers, product stakeholders, and internal and external customers.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, defect analysis, documentation, and established engineering practices.
- Debug complex multithreaded and event-driven applications and investigate customer issues through root-cause analysis.
- Deliver reliable fixes that improve product stability and user experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in software design, development practices, product capabilities, and development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, or a related discipline.
- More than four years of proven experience developing .NET-based Windows software applications.
- Strong programming skills in C# and .NET technologies.
- Experience developing high-performance Windows services and primarily desktop client-side applications.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Forms and hands-on experience with Windows Communication Foundation.
- Strong knowledge of LINQ and SQL databases.
- Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience debugging complex multithreaded and event-driven applications.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Team Foundation Server.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum software development practices.
