Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product delivery and implementation teams to ensure quality standards.
- Promote and embed QA processes and best practices across different domains.
- Deliver change for clients by following quality strategy and policies.
- Create and deliver test plans for complex software systems.
- Coach engineers and product managers to empower teams in quality ownership.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in advising on testing and quality assurance across the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement in delivery teams.
- Proficient in creating Test Automation Frameworks and leading Automation Engineers.
- Experience in automating test suites for APIs in TypeScript or Javascript.
- Ability to manage resources, priorities, scope, and risk effectively.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
