Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Build RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, and vector databases.
- Implement agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling agents, planners, and executors using AutoGen or similar frameworks.
- Develop React and JavaScript frontend integrations with backend AI services.
- Design and expose APIs following RESTful and OpenAPI specifications.
- Deploy, manage, and scale AI services on Kubernetes using cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Use LangChain to orchestrate prompts, tools, chains, memory, and agents.
- Use LangSmith for prompt/version tracking, tracing, debugging, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Apply prompt engineering practices and maintain reusable prompt libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Maintain the security, reliability, observability, and performance of AI systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with OpenAPI or Swagger specifications.
- Working knowledge of React and JavaScript and experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic system design, RAG applications, embeddings, vector search, context management, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, and AutoGen or similar agentic frameworks.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, planners, executors, and protocols such as MCP or A2A.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and understanding of cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of vector or graph databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, Apache AGE, or Neo4j is advantageous.
- Knowledge of JWT, OAuth2, monitoring, and observability tools is advantageous.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar AI productivity tools is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, independent ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
