Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Develop repeatable infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Implement SRE practices including monitoring, logging, alerting, capacity planning, error budgets, SLIs, SLOs, and incident management.
- Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Kubernetes using Helm.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts for application and infrastructure delivery.
- Apply cloud security, compliance, auditing, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, operations, and Cloud Engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, or related roles.
- Strong experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and cloud-native services.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Experience with AIOps, SRE principles, monitoring and observability tools, and incident management.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and GCM.
- Expertise building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Harness.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or similar languages and familiarity with Git.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure security practices; experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
