Base Salary
$160k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, prototype, and deploy RAG pipelines combining various retrieval techniques.
- Contribute to the design and orchestration of multi-agent LLM systems.
- Work on information extraction, storage, and retrieval problems for structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, data engineering, and software engineering teams to build robust systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications in production, including prompt engineering.
- Experience with LLM-assisted search and entity extraction.
- Familiarity with vector or graph databases.
- Experience with document chunking and embedding models.
- Knowledge of metadata-based retrieval and re-ranking strategies.
- Familiarity with data security, versioning, and MLOps principles.
