Base Salary

$178k - $257k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Assess existing Duo software and production architecture to identify compliance gaps.
  • Translate FedRAMP, CRA, PQC, and related requirements into engineering projects, roadmaps, deliverables, ownership, and execution paths.
  • Build AI-enabled tools that help engineering teams meet compliance requirements.
  • Triage CIAM issues and coordinate remediation with Duo Engineering teams.
  • Provide application-level compliance evidence for auditors.
  • Answer product compliance and security questionnaires for customers.
  • Coordinate with product managers responsible for compliance-related features and certifications.
  • Identify and coordinate cross-team dependencies across Security, Product, SRE, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of related experience, or a master’s degree plus 8 years, or a PhD plus 5 years, including software development lifecycle and project management experience.
  • Experience with microservice-based architecture and modern SaaS applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with existing software implementations and designing and building new AI-enabled tools.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance architecture, including FedRAMP, CRA, and PQC.
  • Experience translating compliance and security requirements into engineering roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Ability to influence Security, Product, SRE, and Engineering cross-functionally without direct authority.
  • Experience building IAM products is preferred.
  • Experience working in FIPS or FedRAMP environments is preferred.
  • Experience with post-quantum cryptography transition planning and execution is preferred.
