Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and deploy machine learning models for NLP and related systems.
- Implement advanced machine learning algorithms to improve AI performance.
- Process and analyze large datasets to inform model development.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of ML model development.
- Conduct A/B testing and develop automated testing processes.
- Communicate technical workings of ML models to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of industry experience in building and deploying ML models.
- Deep understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks.
- Experience with retrieval, ranking, reinforcement learning, and agent-based systems.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
