Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI architectures with business and AI development teams.
- Lead AI initiatives and develop AI strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance to developers to ensure architectures are implemented correctly.
- Stay current with AI trends and apply them to AI architectures and solutions.
- Ensure AI applications comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage change effectively to minimize disruption to business requirements.
- Use Python to develop proofs of concept, proofs of technology, and validation work when needed.
- Apply knowledge of cloud systems, network firewalls, and corporate LAN connectivity to cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience designing and implementing AI architecture.
- Expertise with Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow.
- Knowledge and experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of CNNs, RNNs, transformers, text processing, sentiment analysis, and language models.
- Strong technical, architecture, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- OTC expertise is preferred.
