Responsibilities
- Design and own automation frameworks for functional and performance testing.
- Build agents that automate existing QA and testing workflows.
- Build, deploy, and operate the applications and services that support automation in production environments.
- Prototype, gather user feedback, iterate, harden, monitor, and mature automation solutions for adoption by engineering teams.
- Identify gaps in existing frameworks and tools and develop solutions to close them.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience building production software, with depth across test infrastructure, test frameworks, and developer tooling.
- Working knowledge of platform engineering and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and deployment lifecycle management.
- A proven track record building, shipping, iterating on, and gaining adoption for agentic solutions and test automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Fluency with agentic coding tools, including orchestrating multiple agents and reviewing agent-generated pull requests.
- Hands-on experience with microservices.
- Ability to independently turn ambiguous problem statements into scoped, defensible solutions.
