Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and roadmap the security program for the multi-cloud control plane and customer-hosted deployments.
- Ship production fixes and platform security guardrails using Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Design IAM, RBAC/authZ, network security, KMS, and tenant-isolation systems across product and platform.
- Act as the first responder for penetration testing, security audits, and CVEs.
- Build security testing in CI/CD, including SAST, DAST, and SCA.
- Threat-model real systems and turn findings into security strategy.
- Define secure integrations between AI agents and tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience.
- Hands-on production coding experience in Java, Python, or TypeScript, with a focus on shipping fixes and platform guardrails.
- Experience owning a security roadmap and converting the threat landscape into a prioritized program.
- Experience with multi-cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, GCP, and self-hosted environments.
- Experience with IAM, network security, KMS, tenant isolation, RBAC/authZ, security testing, and threat modeling.
- Experience responding to penetration tests, security audits, and CVEs.
- Experience analyzing SAST, DAST, and SCA in CI/CD.
- AI-coding experience involving precise direction of AI systems.
- Preferred: OSCP or CKS certification, Kubernetes security, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, detection engineering, or red-team experience.
