Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across the React frontend and Python/FastAPI backend.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to solve customer problems.
- Contribute to internal tools that improve team efficiency.
- Work with data systems supporting risk assessment and claims decisions.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team rituals.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field, with recent graduation or graduation by Summer 2025.
- Experience building web applications through personal projects, coursework, or internships.
- Comfort working across frontend and backend development.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York office.
- Familiarity with React, Python, FastAPI, or PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP is preferred.
- Interest in fintech, insurtech, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Prior internship experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
