Responsibilities

Build and deploy AI agents and tools for workflow automation.
Develop and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications.
Implement reinforcement learning algorithms and multi-agent architectures.
Create generative AI solutions for natural-language data retrieval and visualization.
Build MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Research and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques to improve system performance.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML development.
Project experience with LLM fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and generative AI.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Experience operationalizing AI models using MLOps best practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days per week in the Plano, Texas office.
Candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance of the Plano office.
