Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year IAM security strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead organization-wide authentication migrations across various platforms.
- Design and maintain core identity infrastructure for organizational scale.
- Translate least-privilege access into measurable programs with defined metrics.
- Design a security engineering framework ensuring durable and verifiable security properties.
- Lead technical incident response for identity and access security events.
- Facilitate large-scale preparedness exercises to identify gaps in IAM controls.
- Provide technical mentorship and collaborate on hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in security engineering with a focus on IAM.
- Proven track record of leading complex security programs from conception to outcome.
- Expert knowledge of IAM and authentication protocols like OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and PKI.
- Proficiency in software engineering and production-quality code in a programming language.
- Ability to model identity-related threat scenarios and design effective controls.
- Commitment to security as an organizational capability that enables business outcomes.
- Experience communicating technical risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
