Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, enhance, and maintain software components using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using appropriate integration techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions, independently provide solutions, and contribute as a subject matter expert.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud for specific business needs.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce technical issues.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data management and security best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
