Responsibilities
- Build and ship production AI and software systems used by real customers and internal teams.
- Develop solutions for dynamic pricing, margin optimization, agentic procurement, customer journey automation, content and SEO infrastructure, predictive demand, inventory, and internal tooling.
- Identify AI opportunities independently, evaluate their commercial value, and measure outcomes after deployment.
- Work autonomously under the direction of the founding team, moving quickly from problem identification to production deployment.
- Contribute to the rebuild of HelloPrint’s frontend, pricing, content, and product engines for an agentic future.
Requirements
- Hands-on production experience building and shipping AI or software systems, rather than purely architectural or supervisory experience.
- Track record of delivering live systems used by real users, not only prototypes or demos.
- Solid fluency in LLMs, agentic workflows, and modern AI infrastructure.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to reason about business impact before and after implementation.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, limited process, and high autonomy.
- Demonstrated initiative through independently identified AI solutions, side projects, or other self-directed production work.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Rotterdam five days per week.
