Responsibilities
- Design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions for internal HR and Finance processes.
- Develop AI agents, automated invoice-scanning solutions, approval workflows, and predictive models.
- Own features independently from initial idea through production deployment.
- Build scalable, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready AI services.
- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and non-technical teams.
- Translate business opportunities into concrete AI solutions and build strong domain understanding.
- Challenge stakeholders constructively and connect AI engineering work to measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Completed master’s degree in AI or Computer Science.
- 5–10 years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong software-engineering foundation and production-grade Python experience.
- Experience with Docker and container-based development.
- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
- Familiarity with API integrations and CI/CD deployment flows.
- NLP experience or pipeline development is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly in Dutch.
- Consulting mindset, analytical strength, pragmatism, initiative, and strong technical execution.

- Gross monthly salary of €5,945–€9,177 based on experience and a 40-hour workweek.
