Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and support DevOps pipelines, tooling, and automation at the Feature/Lab team level.
- Recommend pipeline and tooling choices aligned with Feature/Lab responsibilities and Group Strategy.
- Deliver outcomes within established data, knowledge, strategic planning, risk management, and IT security systems.
- Identify shortcomings and implement improvements to processes, systems, and procedures with appropriate guidance.
- Manage prescribed budgets and conduct complex budget-progress analyses where required.
- Coach and train others, develop direct reports, and set short-term performance objectives.
- Define, deliver, and adapt specialized products and services to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Experience in cloud and platform engineering using GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, and container platforms.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, GKE, API gateways and management platforms such as IBM API Connect and Apigee.
- Experience with CI/CD, Spinnaker, Harness, Dynatrace, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Run.
- Ability to work within established systems and procedures, manage risk, improve processes, and support or manage others.
