Responsibilities
- Engineer stable, scalable, performant, accessible, testable, and secure software solutions.
- Lead technical development at the product, team, or domain level and take ownership of technical delivery and application health.
- Develop full-stack software using Node and React.
- Work with cloud and platform technologies including GCP or Azure, Kubernetes, and container platforms.
- Apply advanced SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code independently and participate in code reviews.
- Apply automation, performance testing, regression testing, debugging, and DevOps practices.
- Own technical custodianship, governance activities, application assets, and incident root-cause analysis.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge as a subject matter expert.
- Communicate with stakeholders, contribute to planning and prioritization, and support continuous improvement.
- Provide hardware, software, and network support as needed.
- Apply established AI concepts, tools, and procedures to familiar scenarios.
Requirements
- 9–12 years of software engineering experience.
- Full-stack engineering experience with Node and React.
- Experience with cloud and platform engineering, including GCP or Azure, Kubernetes, and container platforms.
- Advanced SQL and data modeling experience.
- Deep understanding of system design and demonstrated subject matter expertise in relevant technologies and domains.
- Ability to lead technical development and own application delivery, health, and governance.
- Experience with test automation, performance checks, regression testing, debugging, and DevOps principles.
- Ability to mentor engineers, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to technical communities.
- Ability to apply traditional and agile best practices and stay current with technology trends.
