Responsibilities
- Create and maintain moderate to highly complex applications, data infrastructure, reporting solutions, and eDiscovery workflows.
- Design, develop, deploy, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot front-end and back-end software solutions.
- Participate in all project lifecycle phases, including requirements definition, solution design, application development, system testing, and maintenance.
- Analyze end-user data needs and develop solutions that interface with existing applications.
- Develop functional unit tests and support testing automation, debugging, and quality software delivery.
- Maintain work-process documentation, participate in platform and software upgrades, and provide backup support for team and project efforts.
- Collaborate with internal business teams, assist with team planning and growth strategy, and train end users on business functionality.
- Ensure execution of applicable information security compliance matters within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable business/technical experience.
- At least 5-8 years of application development experience covering web UI, API, business-layer, database, and CLI scripting development.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing strategies.
- Experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, a modern frontend framework, RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipeline basics.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new engineering tools, languages, and frameworks.
- Preferred experience includes Relativity or another eDiscovery platform, Docker or Kubernetes, Redis or other caching systems, event-driven architecture, messaging or stream processing, NoSQL databases, integration patterns, Microsoft Windows Server, distributed systems, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Java, Python, and data engineering.
