Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and use cases and deliver quality software within defined standards and timelines.
- Develop end-to-end solutions using Microsoft-stack technologies, including backend services and web applications.
- Design and work with n-tier and service-oriented architectures and apply object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
- Perform unit testing and support TDD/ATDD practices.
- Provide technical recommendations and resolve technical problems.
- Review code, mentor team members, and suggest effective implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience developing end-to-end solutions using Microsoft-stack technologies.
- Strong experience with server-side development using ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
- Working knowledge of web applications, preferably Angular 12 or later, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of MSSQL and SQL Server, including SQL development.
- Experience designing and working with n-tier architectures and at least one service-oriented architecture project.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, or Microsoft Unit Test.
- Strong understanding of UML, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and software implementation best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and mentoring or reviewing developers' work.
- Knowledge of REST, web services, PowerShell, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with Agentic AI methodology is requested; experience with ESB or message queuing, including MSMQ, is an advantage.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, MCA, or another bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
- Fluent English and the working-country language, with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- International work experience and the ability to work effectively in a complex, globally distributed environment.
