Responsibilities
- Design and build software solutions with product owners to meet business needs.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize development tasks.
- Participate in sprint and release planning activities.
- Develop, test, review, and maintain high-quality code.
- Build full-stack applications across services, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Support deployments, optimize performance, and resolve critical issues outside standard hours when needed.
- Collaborate with analysts, vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams during testing and delivery.
- Write unit tests and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or IT.
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and Django.
- Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, and AWS services and architecture.
- Investment-industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and quality-focused skills.
