Responsibilities
- Assist customers in optimizing Intercom and Fin for successful deployments.
- Advise on integrations, connecting Fin with existing tech stacks via APIs.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer requirements.
- Solve complex technical challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical enablement on AI-driven automation and conversational AI.
- Develop a technical point of view on the impact of Intercom and Fin.
- Support security reviews and compliance with enterprise architecture best practices.
- Advocate for customers internally, providing feedback to enhance product capabilities.
- Create technical content, including documentation and integration guides.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant role at a SaaS company.
- Strong technical expertise in APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven automation and customer support technologies.
- Experience with security reviews and compliance in enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex topics to diverse audiences.
- A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and manages multiple projects.
- Passionate about customer success with a track record of technology adoption.
- Experience with Intercom or similar customer support platforms is a plus.
