Responsibilities
- Build and deliver production-grade AI capabilities including agents, RAG pipelines, microservices, and integrations.
- Translate client requirements into engineering tasks and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
- Support workshops, demos, solution reviews, testing, iteration, and client adoption.
- Apply monitoring, evaluation, security, observability, and Responsible AI guardrails.
- Shape MVP scope, backlogs, and release planning while contributing reusable patterns and shared accelerators.
- Support operational handover and engage in solution shaping and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills, including asynchronous programming, API design, testing, and microservice fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, and grounding.
- Experience with cloud engineering, preferably Azure, plus Docker, Kubernetes, serverless systems, secure networking, and IAM.
- Data engineering fundamentals including Spark, Databricks, and ETL/ELT.
- Client-facing consulting skills, stakeholder engagement, and clear client-ready communication.
- Fluent written and spoken English; French or German is a plus.
- Preferred experience with document or graph stores, Event Hub or Kafka streaming, cloud architecture, and governance credentials.
