Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering tasks.
- Support client workshops, demonstrations, solution reviews, testing, iteration, and adoption.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, agents, microservices, and integrations.
- Apply monitoring, evaluation, reliability, security, observability, and Responsible AI guardrails.
- Shape MVP scope, backlog, and release planning while contributing reusable patterns and shared accelerators.
- Perform hands-on engineering within a squad and support operational handover.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong Python or TypeScript skills, including asynchronous patterns, API design, testing, CI, and microservice fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, and grounding.
- Cloud engineering experience, preferably with Azure, plus Docker, Kubernetes, serverless, secure networking, and IAM.
- Data engineering fundamentals, including Spark, Databricks, and ETL/ELT.
- Stakeholder engagement skills and clear, client-ready communication.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- French or German is a plus.
- Experience with document or graph stores, Event Hub or Kafka, cloud architecture, and governance credentials is preferred.
