Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable multi-tenant control plane for AI storage.
- Develop exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage and distributed file systems.
- Optimize storage performance using technologies like RDMA and InfiniBand.
- Enhance the reliability and observability of the storage stack.
- Collaborate with operations teams to monitor and optimize storage systems.
- Mentor other engineers on best practices for high-performance systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems.
- Familiarity with storage protocols like S3 and file systems such as Ceph.
- Proficiency in systems programming languages like Go, C, or Rust.
- Experience with storage observability tools and telemetry pipelines.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in distributed environments.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
