Base Salary
$125k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train, modify, and create advanced algorithms for world representations used in perception, world modeling, and machine-learning-driven autonomy.
- Test and evaluate algorithms on real vehicles and own significant portions of the autonomy stack.
- Improve the driving capabilities of autonomous systems and deploy production autonomy software for customers.
- Collaborate with data, behavior, and research teams across autonomy domains.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building software components or subsystems that address real-world perception challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Experience building machine-learning models from data collection through production deployment.
- Deep understanding of the concepts and methods behind relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Interest in current developments and trends in the field.
- A master’s degree or PhD in perception or a closely related field is preferred.
- Experience with modern machine-learning-based perception for autonomous systems is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of computer-vision trends including perception, reconstruction, diffusion, world models, and vision-model pretraining is preferred.
