Responsibilities

  • Lead customer discovery and translate mission workflows into focused demonstrations, pilots, and measurable success criteria.
  • Guide a small team of engineers in tailoring LIGER and other LMI platforms to customer-specific mission needs.
  • Qualify and prioritize opportunities with market, business development, capture, and contracting teams.
  • Develop rapid prototypes, demonstrations, solution scopes, rough-order-of-magnitude cost estimates, and deployment assumptions.
  • Assess classified-environment constraints including models, data access, integrations, hosting, security authorization, and access requirements.
  • Communicate solution value to customers and build trusted relationships with mission, technical, security, operational, and acquisition stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with platform, cybersecurity, forward-deployed engineering, and delivery teams to validate feasibility and complete handoffs.
  • Provide strategic input on product enhancements and turn successful engagements into reusable demonstrations, workflows, and deployment patterns.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain and maintain customer-required access.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, product management, technical leadership, or a related technical role.
  • Direct experience working with Intelligence Community and/or Department of War customers in classified environments.
  • Experience shaping or delivering technical solutions in secure cloud, on-premises, or disconnected deployment environments and familiarity with security authorization processes.
  • Experience navigating national security acquisition pathways and advancing opportunities from discovery through funded pilot or production deployment.
  • Ability to lead a small technical team, translate customer needs into prioritized work, and deliver demonstrations or prototypes under tight timelines.
  • Ability to work onsite in customer secure facilities and travel within the continental United States as required.
  • Preferred experience expanding technical platform adoption, applying Generative AI to national security workflows, and delivering retrieval-augmented generation or agentic solutions.
  • Preferred experience with product marketing, sales engineering, Agile methodologies, project management, stakeholder relationships, presentations, and transitioning prototypes into sustained operational use.
