Base Salary
$197k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of net-new product areas from technical design through shipping.
- Build and maintain scalable full-stack features spanning backend APIs and frontend UI.
- Use AI tools in engineering workflows and help build AI-native product experiences, including MCP tools.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and GTM to identify problems, prototype solutions, and iterate quickly.
- Make architecture and data-modeling decisions for greenfield problems.
- Contribute to product framing, design tradeoffs, GTM considerations, engineering practices, and technical foundations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Track record of shipping full-stack features end to end and owning 0-to-1 or greenfield projects.
- Proficiency with a full-stack toolkit such as Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Ability to set direction amid ambiguity and operate with high autonomy.
- Habitual use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience building for self-employed businesses or SMBs, regulated or compliance-adjacent products, AI-powered experiences, or startup and team-of-one environments.

- Employees based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York are generally expected to work from the office approximately 2–3 days per week or more depending on the role.
