Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage low-code development platforms from vision through production-ready implementation.
- Develop user-friendly Power Platform solutions using connectors, gateways, Office 365 integrations, Microsoft Flow, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.
- Design dashboards, cloud flows, desktop flows, and business process flows.
- Integrate applications with SharePoint, Dataverse, and REST APIs.
- Translate client IT needs and future goals into architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
- Support cloud modernization, process automation, and reduction of system maintenance and development costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Power Platform environmental data sourcing and management components, including connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations.
- 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate.
- 4+ years of experience designing and implementing Power BI dashboards, Power Automate, cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows.
- 2+ years of experience developing custom PowerApps applications.
- 2+ years of experience integrating applications with SharePoint, Dataverse, or REST APIs.
- Associate degree and 6+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems implementation, or transformation, or bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of such experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of software development experience, object-oriented programming knowledge, experience managing cross-functional teams, and strong communication skills.
