Base Salary
$150k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in DigitalOcean's product portfolio and AI/ML platforms.
- Advocate for customers by providing feedback to product teams and overcoming adoption blockers.
- Offer personalized onboarding assistance and guide customers through their cloud journey.
- Design and review architecture tailored to specific business use cases.
- Implement and oversee infrastructure management best practices.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.
- Conduct technical consultation sessions, workshops, and training for customers.
- Partner with Growth Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to create success plans.
- Provide regular presentations articulating product benefits and technical solutions.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks and deploying LLMs.
- Optimize GPU workloads and build scalable AI applications.
- Liaise with Engineering and Support teams to resolve escalations.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to internal and external documentation.
- Build tools to enhance the experience of Premium Support customers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in DevOps tools and cloud-native technologies.
- Work independently and collaboratively with a global team.
Requirements
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure and AI/ML platforms.
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience deploying and fine-tuning LLMs and GenAI models.
- Deep knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with GPU optimization techniques.
- Programming experience in building AI-powered applications.
- Experience in a post-sales or technical consultant role.
- Knowledge of provisioning and deployment strategies.
- Passionate about customer experience and AI/ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML data pipelines and integration strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts.
- Ability to quickly learn DigitalOcean systems and adapt to changes.
- Fluency in English.
- Highly motivated with a self-starter mentality.
