Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions and components across systems and applications.
- Develop and optimize custom code for SAP HANA environments.
- Integrate SAP ABAP solutions with other enterprise applications and services.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Influence and advise teams, contribute to key decisions, and take responsibility for team decisions.
- Lead best-practice initiatives to improve software development productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members through complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is stated, with an additional requirement specifying a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Strong experience with custom-code development and optimization in SAP HANA environments is required.
- In-depth knowledge of database concepts and performance tuning within SAP systems is required.
- Experience using modern development tools and frameworks is required.
- Experience integrating SAP ABAP solutions with enterprise applications and services is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Deep subject-matter expertise, influencing and advisory skills, and the ability to make decisions across multiple teams are expected.
