Forward Deployed Engineer, Hebrew Speaking
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Own the architecture, build, deployment, and production handoff of agentic AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers.
- Design Agentforce systems involving agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Own data modeling, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer-specific platforms.
- Resolve complex data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance issues.
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to monitor deployment health and business outcomes.
- Develop proofs of concept, MVPs, reusable assets, internal frameworks, and implementation playbooks.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared codebases.
- Provide technical leadership for at-risk or strategically critical deployments and communicate field insights to Product and Engineering.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployed agentic solutions.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support client success.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with familiarity with the others.
- Production experience integrating LLMs, using LangChain or LlamaIndex, applying prompt engineering, and practicing responsible AI.
- Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics, with proficiency in platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise, including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience mentoring technical talent and creating reusable frameworks, playbooks, or internal tooling.
- Clear communication with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, or System Architect, are preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks is preferred.
- Experience architecting multi-cloud, multi-system enterprise AI solutions for Global 500 customers is preferred.
- Experience influencing enterprise software product roadmaps through field engineering insight is preferred.
- Open-source contributions, published technical writing, or conference presentations are preferred.
