Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations with customers.
- Design and implement customized fraud detection workflows using AI-driven intelligence.
- Collaborate with customer teams to ensure successful implementation of Alterya.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing solution guidance.
- Document implementation best practices and contribute to enablement resources.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience with fraud prevention, financial crime, or fintech solutions.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection and risk management concepts.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills.
