Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops with Account Executives and sales teams.
- Design and implement customized fraud detection workflows using behavioral intelligence and risk signals.
- Own customer proof-of-concepts, technical onboarding, API integrations, and platform deployments.
- Collaborate with customer fraud, risk, engineering, and operations teams to drive implementation and adoption.
- Advise customers on fraud trends, scam typologies, and fraud prevention best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solution guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Enable sales teams through training, product education, and technical support.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams and document implementation best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
- Experience owning proof-of-concepts end to end, including planning, success criteria, execution, and completion.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs and supporting technical implementations.
- Experience with fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, banking, fintech, or cryptocurrency solutions.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection, transaction monitoring, AML, scam prevention, or risk management concepts.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts as business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, customer communication, collaboration, and customer engagement management skills.
- Preferred experience with AI or machine-learning-powered fraud detection platforms, cryptocurrency, blockchain, SQL, Python, scripting languages, KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, financial crime compliance, or enterprise financial institutions and fintech organizations.
