As a LATAM Solutions Architect, you will turn customer business and operational needs into practical technical solutions across discovery, deployment, adoption, and expansion. You will advise customers on blockchain investigations, compliance, integrations, automation, and AI-assisted workflows while serving as a bridge between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Build scalable, low-latency systems that transform complex blockchain data into trusted datasets used across Chainalysis products. This senior role combines distributed systems engineering, blockchain protocol expertise, reliability ownership, and technical mentorship.

Lead customer-facing solution design, technical discovery, API integrations, and deployment for Alterya’s AI-powered fraud prevention platform. You’ll guide banks, fintechs, payments, and crypto customers from proof of concept through successful adoption.

Lead the infrastructure and deployment platform that delivers Chainalysis Reactor to government and high-security customers. You’ll shape Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD, reliability, security, and operational automation while mentoring engineers.
