Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of RKE2 Kubernetes clusters across various environments.
- Architect and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for AWS-based environments.
- Own the CI/CD platform end-to-end, ensuring reliable release flows.
- Drive GitOps-based delivery strategy and define standards for deployment.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for product service teams.
- Own the security posture of the deployment platform.
- Mentor and grow other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Deep experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale.
- Expert-level proficiency with Terraform for cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong Linux systems administration skills, particularly with RHEL.
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep familiarity with AWS services commonly used in infrastructure.
- A strong operational mindset focused on reliability and automation.
