Responsibilities
- Serve as a core member of account teams and partner with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Own customer outcomes from discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Translate customer objectives, operational needs, constraints, and success criteria into technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, technical narratives, notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Conduct blockchain investigations and provide compliance and regulatory guidance relevant to customers’ risk, fraud, investigations, security, or compliance operations.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation that accelerate investigations, analysis, and customer processes.
- Guide API implementation, workflow design, data movement, integration considerations, platform adoption, and operationalization of Chainalysis data.
- Assemble outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals for impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer self-sufficiency, represent Chainalysis at customer meetings and events, contribute reusable assets and knowledge, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Ability to explain complex technical or operational concepts to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, written communication, creative problem-solving, investigative thinking, and customer-outcome orientation.
- Comfort with technical tools and learning new technologies; experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- Curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth, operate effectively amid ambiguity, collaborate generously, share knowledge, and improve team practices.
- Interest in blockchain and willingness to build understanding of the technology, market, and customers.
