Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering as a core account-team member.
- Own customer outcomes from discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations and translate customer needs into technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, technical narratives, and customer-specific solutions.
- Conduct blockchain investigations and provide compliance and regulatory guidance.
- Build notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for investigations, analysis, and customer processes.
- Design integrations and automation that fit existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, and security operations.
- Guide API implementation, workflow design, data movement, solution architecture, and integration decisions.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs and integrations.
- Drive platform adoption, identify new use cases, and build customer self-sufficiency.
- Assemble outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals for impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Translate customer feedback and feature requirements into product improvements with Product and Engineering.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences, and contribute reusable assets and knowledge to the Solutions Architecture team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, including financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience explaining complex technical or operational concepts to different audiences, including technical practitioners, business leaders, and executives.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly; experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- Curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth and investigate how systems work.
- Ability to operate effectively with ambiguous requirements, incomplete information, and undefined paths forward.
- Collaborative approach, willingness to share knowledge, and interest in improving team practices.
- Demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes rather than technical activity or product usage.
- Interest in blockchain and willingness to build understanding of the technology, market, and customers.
